The Storm HighSpeed | Dial-up access is available throughout
the greater Ottawa-Gatineau region, Cornwall, Rockland and Brockville.
All other areas can be serviced using iPass™. Our Storm
HighSpeed | Dial-up can reach speeds up to 56K and supporting,
Spam-Assassin™, iPass™, and several others advanced dial-up
connectivity features.
We do not charge setup fees for residential services because
we believe you should be able to try our service without commitment.
Our small one-time setup fee for commercial users allows us
to properly setup your account on the first attempt, ensuring
your needs are being met.
Our client base is still growing strong as we continue to strengthen
our long-term relationships with you. A multi-homed connection
to our internet backbone currently supports more than 150,000
end users throughout Eastern Ontario and is built for scalability

* Clients paying by Visa, M/C, Amex, or Automatic Withdrawal
will be billed monthly and will be given notification via e-mail.
Clients paying by cheque will be invoiced via e-mail. All Annual
packages are billed in advance. Extra emails include a logon
ID and will share the access hours with the main account.
*** If
you are hosting a website with a corporate/business package,
you will need to also fill out the forms for the Storm
WebHosting - please mention within the comment box, you
have "hosting included in your package", but you will
still need to specify your domain information.
If
you are registering a .com, .net or .org domain name, there
is an additional fee of $15 per year. For .ca domains, the charge
is $50 per year. Please contact
