Storm Internet Services offices will be on our annual holiday hours from
Dec 24th until Jan 2nd. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, December 27 Customer services by telephone only avail 9-5pm
Wednesday, December 28 Customer services by telephone only avail 9-5pm

Please note that our Admin Staff and Webmaster will not be available
during this time, however all emergency on-call services will be active.
So, if you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, St. Nicholas Day, Ramadan, Eid
al Fitr, Fiesta of our Lady of Guadalupe, St. Lucia Day, Kwanzaa,
Omisoka, Winter Solstice, or New Years Day... We wish you and your

WE'VE CHANGED HOW WE DO BUSINESS!
Here at Storm Internet Services, we are always looking to improve on our
customer service, we have had many ideas and suggestions on how to do
this, and we've taken action! As of September 1st 2005, we have
consolidated some of our departmental duties, enabling us to better
serve our clients. Residential sales, billing and technical support
have all been consolidated into a single Customer Service department,
giving you a 'one-stop shop' experience! If you require any assistance
for any issue, our Customer Service Representatives can help you! They
are available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sundays. Holiday hours are announced
in advance. Our Customer Service Manager (Kevin Preece) is also
available during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5) to assist as well.
